Extra virgin olive oil "Le Peracciole" Cultivar Frantoio
Our fine extra virgin olive oil "Cultivar Frantoio" is the result of the olive type named "Frantoio" grown on our farm "Le Peracciole". The olives are picked by hand in the first days of October - long before they would have fallen to the ground - and cold-pressed within twenty-four hours. We choose not to filter this pure oil, but to decant it naturally so that it loses none of its flavours or health-giving elements; the acidity level remains under 0,4%.

The extra virgin olive oil "Cultivar Frantoio" is sold exclusively in bottles of 0,500 l (only about 1.000 bottles are produced). Its colour in an intense golden yellow and it has a scent of artichokes, fresh greens, marjoram and rosemary. We recommend this fruity oil be uses uncooked on salads, and as a finishing touch on vegetables dishes, of grilled fish, grilled meat and soups.
